Reinforced concrete structure on concrete bored pile foundation, constructed with the bored piles providing intersecting shear resistance into the hillside to enhance the stability required.

Developed by Mutiara Tegas Sdn Bhd, a joint venture between Seacorp and the Pilecon Group.

Completed in 1993.
